Course description: Our LSS Green Belt course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools. This course is ideal for individuals who want to lead Six Sigma projects and implement process improvements.
Course content: The course covers the DMAIC process in detail, as well as statistical process control, hypothesis testing, and design of experiments. Participants will also learn how to use Minitab, a statistical software tool commonly used in Six Sigma projects.
